REFUND POLICY

At Momo Loco Mississauga, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure that every dish you order is freshly prepared, accurate, and meets our quality standards. Because our food is made to order, please review the following refund and replacement policy carefully.
1. No Refunds on Completed Orders
All sales are final once your order has been prepared and delivered or picked up.
Since food items are perishable and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order has been completed.
2. Order Issues or Quality Concerns
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you experience any issue with your order (for example, missing items, incorrect dishes, or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.

Refunds to original payment methods are only considered in exceptional cases, subject to management approval.
3. Third-Party Delivery Orders
If you placed your order through a delivery partner (Uber Eats, DoorDash, or SkipTheDishes), please contact that platform directly for refund or credit requests.
Each partner has its own refund policy, and they handle payments independently.
4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if we have not yet begun preparing your food.

Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

For catering or large orders, a minimum 24-hour notice is required for any cancellation or modification.
5. Gift Cards and Promotions
All gift card and promotional voucher sales are final and non-refundable.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used toward eligible purchases at Momo Loco Mississauga.
